Testing Guide

9th Grade Testing

  • PSAT encouraged in October (this exam costs $15.00)
  • AZMerit during the end of March/beginning of April in both math and English
  • AP Exams during the first two weeks of May (AP Human Geography)

10th Grade Testing

  • PSAT encouraged in October (this exam costs $15.00)
  • Pre-ACT encouraged to take in the spring (this exam costs $15.00)
  • ASVAB is encouraged in early November (this is a free exam provided by the military)
  • AZMerit during the end of March/beginning of April in both math and English
  • AP Exams during the first two weeks of May

11th Grade Testing

  • PSAT encouraged in October (this exam costs $15.00)
  • ASVAB is encouraged in early November (this is a free exam provided by the military)
  • ACT for all juniors in the spring (paid for by FUSD and students tested during the academic school day)
  • AZMerit during the end of March/beginning of April in both math and English
  • AP Exams during the first two weeks in May
  • SAT/ACT offered throughout the year

12th Grade Testing

  • AP Exams during the first two weeks of May
  • SAT/ACT offered throughout the year

Exam Vouchers
If your family qualifies for the Free/Reduced Lunch Plan, then you may obtain a testing voucher for all PSAT, SAT, and ACT exams. Vouchers can be picked up in Mrs. Bradeen's office.

Exam Fees
All exam fees can be paid in the office or online. You must contact Mrs. Bradeen to place additional exams online for payment.
